Rental Payments

Rent can be paid by check or money order and delivered to Raymond Chang, the property manager.  The mailing address is:

Lease terms are available from 3 months to 1 year.  Rent is due in full on first of the month.  Late fees will accrue at the rate of $10.00 per day, up to 5% of the rental payment.  Please contact us before your are late if you can't pay at the required time.

As a convenience to the tenants, Greenbelt Lodge accepts credit card and check payments via Paypal.  The paypal amount includes the 2.9% + $.30 processing fee that is levied per transaction.  Please check with us if you plan to use Paypal.
